Officials cut the ribbon for Max Westheimer's new Air Traffic Control tower

A new era is being ushered in at the Max Westheimer Airport in Norman. A brand-new $17 million air traffic control tower stands tall on the property, with hopes that it will modernize operations and improve safety.
